Refunds
At Kimber Oaks Management, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled check-in to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is to be as accommodating as possible, ensuring our guests have a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
